Job Context
We are looking for Restaurant Managers to lead the daily operations of Helium`s flagship outlets -ensuring excellence in service, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising teams, managing resources, and maintaining operational efficiency, while reflecting Helium`s dynamic and culture-driven standards of modern hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service, cleanliness, and compliance withbrand standards.
Lead, motivate, and train service, kitchen, and front-desk teams for peak performance.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation to uphold Helium`s brand reputation.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control in coordination with the central procurement team.
Handle customer feedback, reservations, and service recovery with professionalism.
Prepare and review daily sales reports, targets, and shift rosters.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and labor standards.
Coordinate with management for marketing activities, outlet audits, and process improvements.
Foster a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture.
