Experience:
Education: BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Media & Communication, or any related discipline preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years in branding, marketing, digital marketing, or brand communication.
Industry Preference: Experience in F&B, restaurant, retail, lifestyle, hospitality, or service-based brands is preferred.
Technical Skills: Good understanding of social media marketing, campaign planning, content coordination, branding materials, and MS Office.
Soft Skills: Communication, problem-solving, ownership mentality, and adaptability.

Job Context: We are looking for a Senior Executive - Branding & Marketing to support, coordinate, and execute Helium Bangladesh's brand and marketing activities across all outlets.
The role involves working closely with management and a small marketing support team to plan, follow up, and implement campaigns, promotions, social media activities, and brand communication. We are looking for someone energetic, responsible, and growth-minded who can take ownership of assigned tasks, coordinate with relevant team members and vendors, and contribute to building a more organized marketing function as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and execute branding, marketing, and promotional activities.
Work closely with management to plan and implement campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, digital marketers, photographers, vendors, and agencies when required.
Take ownership of assigned marketing tasks and ensure timely execution.
Follow-up with relevant team members to keep work organized and on track.
Assist with social media content planning, campaign calendars, and promotional communications.
Support outlet-wise promotions, seasonal campaigns, offers, and customer engagement activities.
Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms, printed materials, outlet communications, and customer touchpoints.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and campaign performance.
Prepare basic reports, updates, and work progress summaries for management.
