Responsibilities & Context:

Admission Management & Student Counseling

  • Counsel prospective students about study destinations, course options, admission processes, and visa procedures.

  • Manage the end-to-end admission process — from inquiry handling and profile assessment to university and visa application submission.

  • Respond to walk-in, phone, and online inquiries (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective counseling and consistent follow-up.

  • Maintain an updated understanding of global university admission criteria, course requirements, semester intakes, scholarships, and tuition fees.

  • Guide students in preparing Statements of Purpose (SOP) and Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statements with accuracy and compliance.

  • Record and update student progress, communication, and follow-up details in the CRM/Excel database regularly.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Conduct at least 30 connected calls per day to potential students for follow-up, engagement, and conversion.

  • Build trust and rapport with prospective students and parents to ensure long-term engagement.

  • Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style to achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.

  • Follow up with counseled students to ensure they receive course options and complete necessary application steps.

Operations & Office Management

  • Oversee and coordinate daily office activities for smooth operations and efficient workflow.

  • Communicate and coordinate with the Head Office for updates on applications, offer letters, and visa outcomes.

  • Ensure timely student follow-up regarding tuition fee payments, offer acceptance, and document submission.

  • Keep accurate records, maintain filing systems, and ensure documentation is complete and organized.

  • Supervise junior staff, monitor performance, and assist the management in developing efficient office systems.

  • Plan, organize, and execute seminars, workshops, study fairs, and promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility and student engagement.
