• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing

• Age 22 to 35 years

• 2–3 years experience in visa processing or travel consultancy (preferred)

• Good understanding of international visa procedures

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online forms)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and target

• Ability to conduct live session on Facebook

1. Provide accurate guidance on visa requirements for different countries

2. Process tourist, business, medical, and visit visas for all countries

3. Prepare and check all necessary documents to ensure high approval success

4. Communicate with embassies, agents, and partners when required

5. Design and sell tour packages (flights, hotels, sightseeing, insurance, transport)

6. Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins

7. Maintain records of applications, payments, and client follow-ups

8. Meet monthly sales and service targets

9. Provide after-sales support before and during travel
