• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma in Hotel Management

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Barista Training Must Needed.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Coffee Shop, Restaurants & Deep Knowledge about specialty with coffee culture.  

As a Barista at [Mimi Cafe], you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional coffee experience to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your friendly and customer-focused approach will contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets our coffee House apart.     

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.

• Take and prepare customer orders with attention to detail and consistency.

• Educate customers about our coffee offerings and assist with their selections.  

• Make coffee to operate Coffee Machines & applied various methods.

• (La Cimbali machine and others machine as required).

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including latte, cappuccino, Espresso, Mexican, Mocha with other special soft drinks.

• Ensure beverages are prepared to company standards regarding taste, presentation, and temperature.

• Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and serving areas clean and sanitized.

• Monitor and restock coffee supplies, condiments, and other items as needed.

• Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Recommend additional items, such as pastries or seasonal specials, to enhance the customer experience.

• Participate in promotions and upselling initiatives to drive sales.

• Share your valuable thoughts & ideas so that our company can smoothly reached there, to achieve targeted Goal ahead.
