• SSC
• HSC
• Diploma in Hotel Management

• At least 1 year

• Age 18 to 35 years

Near Uttara Residence will get preference

• Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service preferred.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Flexibility to work different shifts (Do When Management Order).

• Friendly and approachable personality.

• Basic knowledge about how to serve foods, beverage items to the customers & also Handle all critical situation Smoothly.

• Greetings and escort customers to their tables.

• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.

• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.

• Serve food and drink orders.

• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation.

• Follow all relevant health department regulations.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

• Ensure that all orders are accurately and promptly delivered to customers.

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.      

• Serve coffee and other beverages and maintain the hyenic environment in coffee station.

• Mix and serve drinks, manage bar inventory and engage with customers.
