Skills:

• Strong guest service and communication skills.

• Knowledge of menu items, beverages, and basic food handling procedures.

• Ability to work in a high-volume, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.

• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.

• Appearance & Personality: Presentable appearance, well-groomed, physically fit, and possessing a warm, pleasant personality.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience 3 years of hands-on experience in 3 star hotel, premium resort, or fine-dining restaurant in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities

• We invite applications from dynamic and service-oriented professionals to join our F&B Production Department.

• Deliver warm, professional guest service by welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, and following standard service procedures.

• Serve food and beverages with proper presentation, temperature, and quality while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

• Communicate orders correctly to the kitchen through POS/KOT systems and ensure timely service delivery.

• Monitor guest needs during service, respond to requests promptly, and escalate issues to the Team Leader or Manager when required.

• Prepare and maintain tables, service stations, and outlet areas while ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and operational readiness.

• Follow grooming, hygiene, and safety standards while supporting team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.

• Festival Bonus: 2

• Salary: Negotiable (Based on competence, experience, and skills).

• On Duty Meals, 4 days leave in a month.
