Educational Background:

HSC or Equivalent/ National Certificate course or diploma in Hotel Management.

Experience:

l 2 to 4 years

l The applicants should have experience in the following business areas minimum 1 years: Hotel/Restaurant/Resort.

Skills:

l Strong Guest services and communication Skills.

l Knowledge of menu items, beverages and basic food handling procedures.

l Ability to work a high volume, high pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.

l Presentable appearance, well groomed, processing a warm pleasant personality.

Responsibilities and Context:

l Deliver warm, professional guest service by welcoming guest, taking orders accurately and following the standard procedures.

l Serve food and beverages with proper presentation.

l Communicate orders correctly to the kitchen and timely service delivery.

l Monitor all the needs during service, respond to request promptly.

l Prepare and maintain table, service stations, and others areas with cleanliness, hygiene and operational readiness.
