Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and coordinate the restaurant service team during daily operations.
Welcome guests and ensure professional, friendly and attentive service.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and maintain high hospitality standards.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
Operate and manage restaurant billing/POS software, including 3S Orderly or similar systems.
Handle billing, order entry and basic sales-related system operations.
Guide and supervise junior waiters and other service staff.
Monitor table arrangements, cleanliness and overall service standards.
Handle guest requests, feedback and service-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen, cashier and management for smooth restaurant operations.
Ensure restaurant procedures and service standards are properly followed.
Prepare or assist with daily service-related reports when required.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
