Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise and coordinate the restaurant service team during daily operations.

• Welcome guests and ensure professional, friendly and attentive service.

• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and maintain high hospitality standards.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.

• Operate and manage restaurant billing/POS software, including 3S Orderly or similar systems.

• Handle billing, order entry and basic sales-related system operations.

• Guide and supervise junior waiters and other service staff.

• Monitor table arrangements, cleanliness and overall service standards.

• Handle guest requests, feedback and service-related issues professionally.

• Coordinate with the kitchen, cashier and management for smooth restaurant operations.

• Ensure restaurant procedures and service standards are properly followed.

• Prepare or assist with daily service-related reports when required.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.
