Responsibilities & Context:
Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests.
Welcome customers and take accurate food and drink orders.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
Guide and support junior waiters in daily operations.
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.
Ensure proper opening and closing service procedures.
Check food presentation and order accuracy before serving.
Support upselling of menu items, combos, desserts, beverages, and promotions.
Monitor table turnover and assist in managing busy service periods
Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality, appearance, and professionalism at all times
