1.         Degree / Diploma & Practical Experience on F & B.

2.         Five years’ experience as a manager or 10 years as an Assistant Manager in a well-reputed organization. Efficient in Computer operation and Knowledge at Hotel & Restaurant Software.



Responsibilities & Context:

Manager (F&B) is responsible to CEO/General Manager, Club Affairs for his duties.  He is in charge of KGC Restaurant.  Duties and responsibilities of Manager (F&B) also include:

a. To look after the overall administration of KGC Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen and Banquet Hall.

b. To arrange opening of Restaurant at 0600 hours and closing at 2300 hours daily.

c. Responsible for discipline and performance of under command staff.

d. Responsible to prepare demand for all items for day-to-day requirements of Restaurant, Parties and personal orders of customers.  

e. To look after the Restaurant and kitchen store and ensure paper storing, distribution of items as per requirement.

f. To prepare duty roster for Head Waiter, waiter and cashier and ensure that they are performing their duties accordingly.

g. To ensure that all waiters are properly dressed, maintain hygienic system, taking orders from customers, honorable members and render services to their utmost satisfaction.

h. To ensure that various items brought for Restaurant are in good quality.  He will also ensure quantity/measurement/weights are correct as per demand/ Vouchers etc.

j. To take order for parties at Banquet Hall/Restaurants and maintain a dairy for booking. He will arrange soft drinks and Mineral water for tournaments and ensure delivery in the field.

k. To arrange preparation for snacks food for tournaments and parties as per order of sponsors and ensure proper delivery/distribution.   

l. To arrange deposit of daily sale proceeds to account branch.

m. Any other job assigned to him.
