Additional Requirements:
Age 35 years for civilian candidate and age limit relaxed for experienced Armed Forces candidate.
Both males and females are allowed to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
- To check the cash book of Club & Restaurant in daily basis & ensure that they are approved throughout the channel regularly.
- To check all cash debit & credit voucher of all segments.
- To prepare cash debit / credit vouchers & update ledgers except Club & Restaurant.
- To prepare all invoices & forwarding letters of the club.
- To prepare all Note Sheet, Minutes etc.
- To prepare, maintain keep tracking the PF of caddies & ball boys.
- To keep inform all the accounts related matters to Accountant & Manager Finance & assist them as & when required.
- Not to disclose any secret matter of the club outside of the Accounts department.
- To arrange keeping the vouchers & accounts related documents in good condition for statutory requirement.
- As the custodian of all the cheque books, process for payment through cheques are to be maintained and ensure that all payments are supported by sufficient and good documents as per SOP/Finance policy of the company and enough competent to fulfill audit requirement.
- To sign in the respective field as an acknowledgement an awareness of furnished duties and responsibilities.
- To perform any other job/duties/responsibilities assigned to him.
