- Age At most 35 years
- Age 35 years for civilian candidate and age limit relaxed for experienced Armed Forces candidate.
Responsibilities & Context:
- To ensure safety, security and proper storing of items purchased from club fund for maintenance branch.
- To prepare necessary papers for Local Purchase/Tenders/Import of items through open tenders etc.
- To ensure that all items purchased out of club budget have been taken into ledger charge.
- To issue/distribute items as per requirements duly sanctioned by appropriate authority.
- To receive items for raffle draw items and score card draw, ensure proper display during prize giving ceremony and issue them to winners.
- Handover golf balls to store keeper duly cleaned and maintained proper accountability.
- To maintain accountability of sale proceeds of garden products.
- To maintain register for daily labor and their payment.
- To prepare all Note Sheet, Letter, Minutes etc.
- To arrange keeping the vouchers & accounts related documents in good condition for statutory requirement.
- To sign in the respective field as an acknowledgement an awareness of furnished duties and responsibilities.
- To perform any other job/duties/responsibilities assigned to him.

- Festival Bonus: 3 Monthly Salary around taka Twenty Seven thousand as per the KGC Pay Scale
