Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Professional qualifications (CA/ACCA/CMA – partly or fully qualified) will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in the Real Estate sector.

Strong hands-on experience in VAT, Tax, and AIT compliance is mandatory.

Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Aasceend Group is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and result-oriented professional to join our Finance team as Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounts & Finance.

  • Manage the overall Accounts & Finance operations of the organization.

  • Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and AIT (Advance Income Tax) laws, including return preparation, filing, documentation, and regulatory reporting.

  • Oversee the Accounts Department of the company's Real Estate business.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

  • Supervise budgeting, cash flow management, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

  • Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, and government regulatory authorities.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.

  • Lead and mentor the Accounts team to achieve operational excellence.

  • Perform special assignments assigned by the Head of Accounts or Group Accounts / Management.
