Job Overview: Visa & Tour Manager

MI Tours & Travels is seeking a high-caliber Tour & Visa Manager to lead and strengthen our travel services department. This senior leadership role is designed for an experienced professional capable of overseeing end-to-end international tour package planning, development, and operations, while also managing the complete tourist and visit visa processing workflow to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience (with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role), demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing and growing international tour packages, ensuring operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and strong profitability. In addition, the role requires expertise in handling high-stakes visa applications for the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen zones, and high-volume Asian destinations, while maintaining consistently high success rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Tour Planning & Product Design

  • Product Development: Lead the design and promotion of high-value international tour packages, ensuring they meet market demand and profitability targets.

  • Expert Consultation: Oversee the delivery of complex itinerary planning, cost estimations, and booking supports, stepping in for VIP or corporate group bookings.

  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with global travel partners, hotel chains, and airlines to negotiate exclusive rates and perks.Visa

  • Operations & Compliance Management

  • Process Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end tourist/visit visa application lifecycle, ensuring the team guides clients with 100% accuracy.

  • Quality Control: Conduct final audits of document files for high-stakes embassies (USA, UK, Schengen, etc.) to eliminate errors before submission.

  • Regulatory Monitoring: Act as the lead intelligence officer to monitor, interpret, and adapt company workflows to ever-changing global visa policies.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential red flags in client profiles and provide strategic advice to improve approval chances.

  • Senior Client Relations & Communication

  • High-Touch Consulting: Lead consultations for HNW (High-Net-Worth) clients via in-person meetings and professional correspondence.

  • Service Excellence: Establish customer service benchmarks to ensure maximum client satisfaction and manage the resolution of complex post-sales issues or complaints.

  • Brand Representation: Act as the professional face of MI Tours & Travels in key business interactions.

  • Team Leadership & Internal Coordination

  • Inter-departmental Synergy: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments to ensure seamless execution of travel services.

  • Capacity Building: Organize and lead ongoing training sessions for staff to keep the entire team updated on global travel trends and embassy requirements.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor team KPIs related to visa success rates and tour booking volumes.
