We are seeking a proactive, organized, and energetic HR & Admin Executive to manage our human resources and administrative operations while supporting day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
* Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation.
* Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
* Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, and other HR-related documents.
* Coordinate performance appraisal, employee engagement, and training activities.
* Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company policies.
* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit formalities.
* Assist management in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Administration
* Supervise day-to-day administrative operations of the resort.
* Maintain office supplies, inventory, and fixed asset records.
* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
* Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and staff accommodation.
* Prepare official correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation.
* Support management in organizing meetings, events, and official activities.
Accounts Support
* Maintain petty cash and administrative expense records.
* Verify bills, invoices, and payment vouchers.
* Coordinate with the Accounts department for salary processing and vendor payments.
* Assist in preparing monthly administrative expense reports.
* Perform other accounting-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Educational Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related discipline.
* MBA/BBA with a major in HRM or Accounting will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
* Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
* Experience in the hotel, resort, or hospitality industry will be preferred.
* Candidates with basic accounting knowledge and experience in handling petty cash, bills, vouchers, and administrative expenses will receive preference.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and employee management.
* Good understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law and HR compliance.
* Basic accounting knowledge with the ability to maintain financial records.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Experience with HRIS or accounting software will be an added advantage.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Strong reporting, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
