1. Provide professional counseling and consultation to students regarding study abroad opportunities.

2. Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs.

3. Guide students throughout the admission process, from application submission to offer letter acceptance.

4. Prepare, review, and process visa applications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy and university requirements.

5. Assist students in preparing financial documents, SOPs, CVs, and other supporting documents.

6. Stay up to date with admission policies, visa regulations, and immigration requirements for Europe, the UK, South Korea, and Malaysia.

7. Conduct one-on-one consultations and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

8. Coordinate with partner universities and overseas representatives regarding admissions and visa matters.

9. Follow up with prospective students and ensure timely completion of applications.

10. Maintain accurate student records and provide excellent customer service throughout the admission and visa process.

11. Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events when required.

12. Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
