Responsibilities & Context:
* Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
* Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
* Ensure all assigned areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
* Report maintenance issues and lost & found items to the supervisor.
* Follow hotel SOPs and health & safety regulations.
* Provide courteous and professional service to all guests.
* Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
