Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell IT products and services over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and converting prospects into customers.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's IT products and services.
Generate new business opportunities through telemarketing activities.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, and referrals.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and service packages to clients.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team when required.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in CRM/software.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
