Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and tele-sales teams to meet monthly and annual targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, SME, and government sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client retention.
