📌 Job Requirements
✔️ Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / HSC (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in Air Ticketing & Reservation (Freshers with professional training may also apply)
✔️ Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre GDS
✔️ Strong knowledge of Domestic & International Flight Reservations
✔️ Sound understanding of Fare Calculation, Ticket Issuance, Reissue, Refund & Cancellation
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Email & Internet
✔️ Ability to work efficiently under pressure
✔️ Honest, responsible, well-organized, and a team player
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Handle Domestic & International Air Ticket Reservations
🔹 Process Ticket Issuance, Reissue, Refund & Cancellation
🔹 Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, and travel information
🔹 Ensure accurate and timely reservation services
🔹 Maintain professional customer support and reservation records
