Responsibilities & Context:
✅ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Umrah package booking and reservations.
✅ Experience with Umrah visa processing and documentation.
✅ Knowledge of air ticket reservation (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo is an advantage).
✅ Experience in hotel booking, transport arrangements, and Umrah ground services.
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills in Bangla and English.
✅ Ability to handle clients professionally and work under pressure.
