Responsibilities & Context:

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Run Facebook & Google Ads (ticketing, visa, Umrah, student services)

  • Manage your business pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)

  • Reply to inbox/WhatsApp and qualify leads

  • Create offers (e.g., “Dubai visa in 3 days”, “Cheap flight deals”)

  • Coordinate with ticketing & visa team for conversion

  • Maintain daily lead report

📊 KPI (Performance Measurement):

  • Number of leads generated per day/week

  • Cost per lead (very important)

  • Conversion rate (how many leads become clients)

    📌 Key Responsibilities:

    • Talk to clients (phone/WhatsApp) and explain visa options

    • Collect documents (passport, bank statement, etc.)

    • Follow up with interested clients

    • Assist in filling application forms

    • Support senior/you in submission process

    • Maintain client file records

    📊 KPI:

    • Number of clients converted

    • Number of applications processed

    • Client follow-up success rate

      📌 Key Responsibilities:

      • Flight booking (GDS/API system)

      • Ticket issuance, reissue, refund handling

      • Fare quotation & checking best routes

      • Manage airline rules, ADM risks, penalties

      • Solve urgent travel problems

      • Support marketing team with flight deals

      • Monitor OTA system (if API connected)

      📊 KPI:

      • Error-free ticketing (very critical)

      • Fast response time

      • Profit per ticket

      • Handling complex cases
