∎ Education in Tourism & Hospitality Management will be considered an advantage
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ Minimum (0-2) year in customer service (preferably in travel/tourism sector).
∎ Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
∎ Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude
∎ Ability to handle pressure and multitask
∎ Education in Tourism & Hospitality Management will be considered an advantage

∎ Provide accurate information about tour packages, air tickets, visa processing, and other services.
∎ Assist customers with bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
∎ Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams (ticketing, visa, operations) for smooth service delivery.
∎ Follow up with clients for feedback and post-sale support.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
