Responsibilities & Context:

1. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities in travel and tourism markets.

  • Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue streams.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and suppliers.

  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and packages with hotels, airlines, and tour operators.

  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Sales & Marketing

  • Lead sales campaigns for tour packages, corporate travel solutions, and holiday packages.

  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

4. Product & Service Development

  • Identify gaps in current travel products and suggest new packages or services.

  • Collaborate with operations to design competitive travel packages.

  • Ensure services offered meet quality standards and client expectations.

5. Networking & Partnerships

  • Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

  • Build partnerships with airlines, hotels, transport companies, and travel technology providers.

  • Explore online platforms, social media, and B2B channels for business expansion.

6. Team Leadership

  • Support and guide sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

  • Train staff on new products, customer service practices, and business development strategies.

  • Set KPIs for team members and monitor performance.

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor revenue growth, conversion rates, and profitability.

  • Prepare business development reports for top management.

  • Recommend improvements based on data analysis and customer feedback.
