Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Language Teaching

    • Teach Japanese language (Beginner to Intermediate levels – JLPT N5, N4, N3).

    • Conduct classes on speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

    • Teach Hiragana, Katakana, basic Kanji, grammar, and vocabulary.

  2. Lesson Planning

    • Prepare structured lesson plans and study materials.

    • Develop worksheets, practice exercises, and mock tests.

    • Customize lessons based on students’ learning pace.

  3. JLPT / NAT Preparation

    • Prepare students for JLPT/NAT examinations.

    • Conduct regular class tests, quizzes, and mock exams.

    • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.

  4. Class Management

    • Maintain discipline and positive learning environment.

    • Ensure regular attendance and participation.

    • Manage both online and offline classes if required.

  5. Student Assessment

    • Monitor individual student performance.

    • Identify weak areas and provide additional support.

    • Submit progress reports to academic coordinator or management.

  6. Cultural Orientation

    • Introduce Japanese culture, etiquette, and communication style.

    • Guide students on workplace Japanese behavior (if needed).

  7. Administrative Support

    • Maintain class records and attendance sheets.

    • Assist in course curriculum development.

    • Support student counseling related to language learning.

  8. Professional Conduct

    • Maintain punctuality and professionalism.

    • Follow institute policies and teaching standards.

    • Coordinate with management and other trainers.
