Position: Special Educator

Experience: 2–3 years preferred

We are looking for a compassionate, structured, and Special child-focused Special Educator who can guide children through personalized learning journeys. The ideal candidate will work one-on-one or in small groups, creating individualized education plans (IEPs) that turn small daily wins into meaningful long-term progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess each child’s learning style, behavior patterns, and academic needs

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on strengths and growth areas

• Conduct structured 1:1 and small-group sessions focused on:

  • Attention & concentration

  • Behavior management

  • Executive functioning & study skills

  • Social skills & emotional regulation

• Apply evidence-based strategies such as visual schedules, multi-sensory learning, structured teaching, task breakdown, and positive reinforcement

• Track measurable progress through session notes and reports

• Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Child Psychologists to ensure unified goals

• Guide parents with practical home strategies and structured routines

• Create a safe, motivating, and growth-focused learning environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education / Inclusive Education / Education with SEN specialization

• Experience in therapy centers, schools, or child development setups is preferred
