• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor/Master in Speech & Language Therapy (SLT) / Communication Disorders

• Certified SLT from a recognized institute

• Training in ASD/ADHD preferred

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and child engagement skills

• Empathy, positivity, and patience

• Comfortable using basic computer tools

We are hiring for the following positions:

Location: Mohammadpur Future Town, Basila, Dhaka.

• Conduct speech, language, communication, and articulation assessments
• Provide evidence-based therapy for speech delay, ADHD, Autism & communication challenges
• Create individualized therapy plans with measurable goals
• Track progress using BloomingBud’s digital progress tools
• Prepare documentation, reports, and session notes as per QMS, SOPs & standards
• Empower parents with home-practice routines and guidance
• Collaborate with OT, psychologists, educators, and management
• Attend workshops, school screenings & awareness programs if needed.
• Perform any task assigned by the management aligning with BloomingBud’s vision.
