Job Responsibilities:
Welcome prospective parents and students and provide complete admission guidance
Explain school curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and policies clearly and professionally
Handle admission inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
Maintain and update admission inquiry database and follow-up records
Assist parents in completing application forms and collecting required documents
Coordinate admission tests, interviews, and appointment scheduling
Maintain student admission files and ensure proper documentation
Prepare admission reports for management and accounts department
Coordinate with academic, accounts, and HR departments regarding admission matters
Support admission campaigns, school open days, and promotional activities
Maintain front desk discipline, visitor log, and professional environment
Handle parent concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary
Greet parents, students, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
Maintain visitor records and ensure proper security procedures
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments as required
Support admission process and maintain student inquiry database
Manage appointment scheduling for management and academic heads
Prepare reports, maintain files, and update office records
Handle parent concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain front desk decorum and ensure a welcoming environment
