Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 8 to 12 years

• Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in IT management (experience in school or educational institution preferred)

• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, CCTV, and IT infrastructure

• Experience with School ERP systems and database management

• Leadership and team management skills

• Good communication skills in English and Bangla

• Strong problem-solving ability and professional attitude

• Understanding of modern classroom technology

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple campuses

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

• Experience in website and social media technical management is a plus

Job Responsibilities

The Head of IT will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising all technology-related operations of the school, including:

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the school's academic and administrative goals

• Maintain and supervise school ERP system, student database, and digital learning platforms

• Ensure smooth operation of internet, networking, CCTV, biometric systems, and servers

• Manage IT support for classrooms, smart boards, projectors, and computer labs

• Ensure data security, backup, and cybersecurity measures

• Supervise IT staff and provide necessary training and guidance

• Coordinate website management and school digital communication systems

• Support online exams, hybrid classes, and school events technically

• Maintain IT inventory, budgeting, and vendor coordination

• Prepare IT policies, reports, and documentation for management

• Make high quality and eye-catching content such as social media post images, banners, blog images, infographics, website banners, etc. for web and social media advertisements

• Create book covers, develop inner design, and brochures with creative and unique concepts

• Edit product images, including background removal and background design

• Make video content for digital platforms or social media sites

• Improve video and sound quality using video editing software

• Edit videos to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips, and other important project elements
