Additional Requirements:
- Age 24 to 32 years
Excellent knowledge of various programs & systems (ex: Install, Repair & Configure Desktop/ Laptop, LAN, WIFI-router, Network printer, scanner, CCTV, access control, attendance device, MS outlook.
Candidates from ISP background are preferable.
Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Strong inter-personal relationship and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and can meet deadline.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring and system alerts
Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices.
Perform network assessments, network performance, integrity and security audits.
Participate in the administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system
update agent scripts
respond to alerts
Monitor dashboard and periodic system review.
Deploy and troubleshoot asterisk based server and VOIP technologies
Work with project and management team to engineer projects
identify new products and solutions and research solutions for existing setup.
Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure.
Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress. notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
Be available for other engineers and coach them to resolution.
