Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee student management, marketing development, and office operations. The candidate will support strategic growth, ensure smooth daily operations, and enhance student recruitment and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Management

  • Handle student inquiries, admissions, and counseling processes

  • Build strong relationships with students and parents

  • Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and service quality

Marketing Development

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student enrollment

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns (online & offline)

  • Manage social media, digital marketing, and branding activities

  • Organize seminars, workshops, and education fairs

Office Management

  • Supervise daily office operations and staff coordination

  • Monitor performance targets and reporting

  • Manage budgets and administrative processes

  • Improve operational efficiency and workflow systems



Job Other Benifits:
