Position: Speech & Language Therapist

Location: Mohammadpur Future Town, Basila, Dhaka.

Job Type: Full-time/ Part Time

Experience: 2–3 years preferred (Fresh graduates with strong clinical internship may also apply)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and motivated Speech & Language Therapist to join our therapy team. The ideal candidate will assess and treat children with speech, language, communication, social, and feeding difficulties using evidence-based approaches.

Key Responsibilities

- Assessment & Evaluation

- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing assessments.

- Prepare well-structured assessment reports with clear therapy goals and recommendations.

- Deliver individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based methods.

- Work with children with ASD, ADHD, Downs Syndrome, Speech Delay, Childhood Apraxia, Stuttering, Autism-related communication deficits, and developmental delays.

- Design and implement therapy plans focused on: Expressive & receptive language, Articulation & phonological errors, Fluency & stuttering, AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication)

- Guide parents with home programs, communication strategies, and behavior support.

- Work collaboratively with OT, psychology, special education, and school teams to ensure unified goals.

- Update therapy plans periodically and revise goals based on progress.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Speech & Language Therapy / Communication Disorders / Speech Pathology from a recognized university specially from CRP.

- Training in PECS, ABA-based language training, AAC, or PROMPT is an added advantage.
