About the Role
You will lead on improving the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment across the school. Working closely with the Principal and senior leaders, you will support staff development, drive high academic standards, and help shape the future direction of the school.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Lead and improve the quality of teaching and learning
Drive effective assessment and student progress
Support and develop teaching staff through CPD and coaching
Monitor classroom practice and promote high standards
Contribute to school improvement planning and quality assurance
