Responsibilities & Context:
Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote company products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and market trends.
- Assist in setting marketing goals and budgets.
Digital Marketing
- Manage online marketing activities such as social media campaigns, email marketing, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and prepare marketing reports.
Brand Promotion
- Support brand-building initiatives through events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for promotional materials.
Sales Support
- Generate and follow up on leads to assist the sales team.
- Prepare brochures, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- Help organize promotional events, exhibitions, or roadshows.
Customer Relationship
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, design, admin) to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports for management.
- Track competitor activities and market positioning.
