• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Marketing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• HSC

Planning & Strategy

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote company products or services.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and market trends.

• Assist in setting marketing goals and budgets.

Digital Marketing

• Manage online marketing activities such as social media campaigns, email marketing, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM.

• Create engaging content for digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and prepare marketing reports.

Brand Promotion

• Support brand-building initiatives through events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

• Coordinate with designers and content creators for promotional materials.

Sales Support

• Generate and follow up on leads to assist the sales team.

• Prepare brochures, presentations, and proposals for clients.

• Help organize promotional events, exhibitions, or roadshows.

Customer Relationship

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

• Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.

• Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with internal teams (sales, design, admin) to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.

• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports for management.
