Responsibilities & Context:
Planning & Strategy
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote company products or services.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and market trends.
Assist in setting marketing goals and budgets.
Digital Marketing
Manage online marketing activities such as social media campaigns, email marketing, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM.
Create engaging content for digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and prepare marketing reports.
Brand Promotion
Support brand-building initiatives through events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Coordinate with designers and content creators for promotional materials.
Sales Support
Generate and follow up on leads to assist the sales team.
Prepare brochures, presentations, and proposals for clients.
Help organize promotional events, exhibitions, or roadshows.
Customer Relationship
Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with internal teams (sales, design, admin) to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports for management.
Track competitor activities and market positioning.
