We're Hiring! Remote Social Media Messaging Executive / Social Media Moderator / Query Manager

Are you a fast typist with a passion for customer service? Join our team at a fast-growing apparel brand in Dhaka! We're looking for 2 dedicated Social Media Messaging Executives to enable us connect with our customers.

This is a great opportunity to start your career in the apparel industry with a 100% remote position.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and respond to messages on our social media platforms.
• Take customer orders and answer their questions.
• Assist Customers in having a fantastic experience with the brand, whether they want to make a purchase or have any general query
• Coordinate with our delivery team to ensure perfect product dispatch and achieve complete customer satisfaction through the purchase
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone within the team and customers
• Highly attentive about communication tone, spelling and situation tackling

What We're Looking For:

• Fast typing skills in both Bangla and English.
• Excellent communication and a customer-friendly attitude.

Shifts Available (as assigned by the team)

Day Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM

Night Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM
