  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Honest, responsible and target-oriented.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer inquiries.

Experience:

  • Experience in Travel Agency, Tourism, Visa Processing or Customer Service will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context Unity Tourism Ltd. is one of the growing travel and tourism companies in Bangladesh. We are looking for a smart, energetic and customer-focused *Female Front Desk Executive* who will manage customer communication, social media inquiries and daily collection-related activities while ensuring a professional front office experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and welcome walk-in clients professionally.

  • Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, Facebook Messenger and emails.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding tour packages, air tickets, visa processing, Umrah, student consultancy and other services.

  • Manage the company's Facebook page and other social media inboxes.

  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer database.

  • Prepare quotations and share service information with clients.

  • Collect all payments and maintain collection records.

  • Coordinate with the accounts and operations team regarding customer payments.

  • Prepare daily customer inquiry and collection reports.

  • Maintain office reception, visitor records and appointment schedules.

  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

  • Facebook / Instagram Live.
