Job Summary:
Act as the first point of contact while managing front desk operations and supporting daily administrative and coordination tasks, including assisting architects and engineers with documentation and maintaining organized office and project records.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and handle clients, consultants, and visitors professionally
Manage phone calls, emails, and meeting schedules
Support coordination between architects, engineers, clients, and project sites
Maintain and organize project documents, drawings, and office records
Assist in printing, scanning, and preparing design-related documents
Handle office administration, supplies, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and basic logistics
Ensure front desk discipline and maintain confidentiality
