Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and growth of the travel agency. This includes overseeing air ticketing operations, visa processing services, business development, and ensuring high-quality customer service while maintaining compliance with international travel regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company’s long-term business strategy

  • Oversee daily operations including air ticketing, visa processing, Inbound Tour/ Outbound Tour, Student Consultancy, Hajj and Umrah, Medical Tourism and customer service

  • Build and maintain relationships with airlines, embassies, and travel partners

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and profitability

  • Ensure compliance with international travel rules, visa regulations, and industry standards

  • Lead and manage senior staff and departmental heads

  • Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Represent the company in meetings, partnerships, and public events
