• Minimum 3years of experience in event and banquet management

• Guest satisfaction, leadership, planning & organizing, team coordination, time management, communication

• Hardworking, honest, dedicated, detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure

• 28 to 35 years

• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays for events

• Plan and oversee the layout, setup, and execution of banquets and events from start to finish.

• Oversee daily operations of the banquet and restaurant, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction.

• Assign roles and duties to staff and ensure events run smoothly.

• Monitor service quality, address guest complaints, and implement improvements to policies and procedures.

• Lead daily briefings and team meetings to review performance and plan upcoming events.
