Job Title: MBBS Doctor – Ophthalmology

Job Summary
Al Basar International Foundation is seeking dedicated and compassionate MBBS Doctors to join our Ophthalmology team. This position is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced doctors who are passionate about providing quality eye care. Freshers are encouraged to apply and will receive guidance from senior ophthalmologists.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient history taking and preliminary ophthalmic examinations.
Assist ophthalmologists in outpatient clinics, eye screening camps, and surgical procedures.
Diagnose and manage common ophthalmic conditions under supervision.
Prescribe medications and provide patient counseling.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Participate in community eye health programs and outreach activities.
Follow hospital protocols, infection control standards, and ethical medical practices.
Qualifications
MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
Valid medical registration/licensure.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Interest in ophthalmology and willingness to learn.
Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Working Hours
Shift System: 2 Shifts
Duty Hours: 10.5 hours per shift
