Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the entire financial operations of the group, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial strategy. This role ensures accurate consolidation of financial data across all business units and provides strategic insights to support executive decision-making and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all group accounting and finance functions

  • Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements

  • Prepare and manage group consolidated financial statements

  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards

  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk

  • Supervise audits, tax planning, and regulatory filings

  • Implement and maintain financial systems and internal controls across all entities

  • Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and board of directors

  • Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving or growth strategies
