Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead and manage the local accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of finance and accounting matters.

·         Prepare and support monthly financial statements and reports in compliance with IFRS.

·         Develop, implement, and continuously improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial policies aligned with regulatory and corporate standards.

·         Monitor accounts receivable and track collection performance to ensure optimal cash flow.

·         Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

·         Oversee Right-of-Use (ROU) accounting and deferred tax computations.

·         Provide guidance and technical support to the Finance & Accounting team.

·         Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and smooth coordination.

·         Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

·         Contribute to ERP/accounting system implementation and drive process optimization initiatives.

·         Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
