1. Required to be JLPT N3-N2 certified and speak Japanese fluently along with proficient writing & reading skill. Having experience as a Japanese interpreter or translator, especially in manufacturing, would be an advantage.
2. Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
3. Capable of working under pressure and having knowledge of Japanese culture.
4. Must have good communication skill in Japanese, English & Bengali.
5. Have coordination, schedule time management skill and active personality.
6. Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible & ability to work under pressure Excellent organizational skills.
7. Translate from Japanese to English & Bengali Language
8. Contribute in day-to-day activities performed between Japanese staff and Bangladeshi staff
9. Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone.
10. Visit factories Production & QC Line frequently
11. Follow up with internal team members and factories to ensure translation meets their needs.
12. Communication with counterpart and factories about Japan Head-quarter`s direction and tasks.
13. Check Production Inspection Report regularly. Any Other works assigned by Head-Quarter.
