Facebook, WhatsApp ও Website থেকে আসা কাস্টমার অর্ডার রিসিভ ও কনফার্ম করা
কাস্টমারের কল, মেসেজ ও ইনবক্স প্রফেশনালি হ্যান্ডেল করা
অর্ডারের সাইজ, কালার ও ডেলিভারি ডিটেইল যাচাই করা
কাস্টমার ফলো-আপ ও অর্ডার স্ট্যাটাস আপডেট দেওয়া
ওয়্যারহাউস টিমের সাথে কো-অর্ডিনেশন করে অর্ডার প্রসেস নিশ্চিত করা
কাস্টমার কমপ্লেইন ও রিটার্ন ইস্যু সঠিকভাবে সমাধান করা
