অভিজ্ঞতা: টেলি-সেলস, কাস্টমার কেয়ার বা কর্পোরেট মার্কেটিংয়ে নূন্যতম ১ বছরের প্রমাণিত অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

দক্ষতা: স্পষ্ট, মার্জিত এবং সাবলীল যোগাযোগের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। কম্পিউটারের বেসিক কাজ, বিশেষ করে MS Excel এবং ইমেল যোগাযোগের ক্ষেত্রে পারদর্শী হতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context:
ফোন কল, ইমেল এবং অনলাইন প্ল্যাটফর্মের মাধ্যমে কর্পোরেট ক্লায়েন্ট এবং বিভিন্ন শিল্প খাতের সাথে দক্ষ ও ফলপ্রসূ যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা।
সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের কাছে পেশাদার উপায়ে পণ্যের বিশেষ বৈশিষ্ট্য এবং বিবরণ উপস্থাপন করা।
বিক্রয় সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো জিজ্ঞাসার উত্তর দেওয়া, সম্ভাব্য লিডগুলোর নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করা এবং ডিল সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করার জন্য টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করা।
