Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting via phone calls and emails.

  • Support networking devices including:

    • MikroTik routers

    • ONUs

    • Media Converters (MC)

    • Cisco routers and switches

    • Access Points

  • Communicate with customers to identify and resolve issues.

  • Guide end users through troubleshooting steps.

  • Monitor network performance and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Use a ticketing system to log, track, and resolve customer issues.

  • Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and diagnosis of networking devices.

  • Work effectively within a team.

  • Perform roster duty to ensure continuous customer support.

Educational Requirements

  • CSE / EEE / ETE / ICT or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Undergrad students are more than welcome.

  • Telecom or Networking-related degree.

Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Basic knowledge of networking devices and technologies.
